1. Local deliveries are sent out on a same day service arriving on Thursday's or Friday's

 

2. Collection is available from Kinross on Thursday's and Friday's between 10am - 4pm. Please contact us to arrange collections outwith these times. 

4. Orders need to be placed at least 72 hours before the delivery (or collection) date.

5. Delivery WITHIN our SELECTED POSTCODE range are subject to a minimum spend of £50 for free delivery. Orders for collection are free of charge with no minimum spend. 

6. Ensure to follow any Food Safety & Health and Safety instructions provided.

7. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the listed allergens before placing your order. If you have any other questions please make us aware via 01259 230505.

8. Please note that all products may contain traces of all 14 allergens. 

9. Any orders requiring amendments including refund or partial refund are subject to a £10 admin fee.

11. Order cancellations / amendments cannot be processed after 24 hours of placing an order.
