WHERE ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS FROM?

We source all our delicious produce from right on our doorstep in the East Neuk of Fife.  We are dedicated to using only the most local of suppliers and to using organic produce as much as possible.

If certain produce becomes unavailable then we may have to change an item at late notice but we will always strive to make a like for like swap wherever possible.

Our prices are also subject to change due to the market price of fresh shellfish. We will do our best to keep the prices of our boxes the same where we can.

HOW MUCH COOKING IS INVOLVED?

We have made the boxes as simple as possible so you only have to finish the dishes at home. Sauces and ingredients are prepared so you will only need to reheat, plate & serve. 

Boxes will come with a menu card and re-heating instructions if required.

HOW ARE THE BOXES PACKAGED AND KEPT COLD?

All the ingredients in our boxes are packaged and well sealed. We use recyclable food safe chilled boxes. We pack up the boxes for you on Wednesday and the ingredients will stay perfectly chilled for 48 hours.

Your box should have been delivered to you on Thursday and you will have until Saturday evening to eat it. If delivery of your box is delayed until Friday, please do not worry - simply unbox and refrigerate when you can.  

The majority of our packaging is recyclable or compostable.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Please order on our website by midday Monday for delivery on Thursday. We aim to release dates 4 weeks in advance so you can plan ahead. Select a date using the drop down menu. 

WHEN & WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?

We delivery locally around Elie and in Kinross on Thursday's for £3. The option to collect will also be available from Kinross between 10am - 12pm midday. 

 

Nationwide deliveries are made by our third party courier partner APC and are booked at your own risk. Deliveries are scheduled for Thursday's and are currently available to UK MAINLAND addresses on a next day service, anytime between 8am - 6pm. Unfortunately this service is unavailable for certain postcodes. To see if your postcode is affected please click here. Whilst we aim for Thursday delivery of food boxes and any additional add on's, this can not be guaranteed. We work with a third party courier and cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery cannot be made on Thursday, the courier, if able, will attempt to make a Friday delivery. No refunds will be issued for missing orders or late deliveries. 

 

Courier delivery is a flat rate of £15. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN THE BOX ARRIVES?

If you know you are not going to be home when ordering, please specify a safe place in the "please note your safe place for delivery" box on the checkout page so we can update our delivery driver / courier.

 

With our boxes being a chilled product our courier cannot re-attempt delivery at a later date, and therefore even if you think you may be home, we advise you fill in this box just incase.

Our boxes are prepared on a Wednesday and if unopened will remain chilled for 48 hours.

 

Please don't worry if you are unable to unpack and refrigerate straight away. We have spent a lot of time sourcing the perfect packaging so it works for you!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any fresh or chilled products.
