WHERE ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS FROM?
We source the majority of our delicious produce from right on our doorstep in the East Neuk of Fife. We are dedicated to using only the most local of suppliers and to using organic produce as much as possible.
If certain produce becomes unavailable then we may have to change an item at late notice but we will always strive to make a like for like swap wherever possible.

I AM NOT A VERY CONFIDENT COOK. WILL I BE ABLE TO COOK YOUR DISHES?
Of course. We have made each meal as simple as possible so you only have to reheat and serve. Each product will come with clear instructions.
IS YOUR PACKAGING RECYCLABLE?
Our vac pack bags are biodegradable and our labels are all made from recycled materials.
We have consciously decided to keep all of our packaging to an absolute minimum. All of the product information is available for reference on our website. Should you require a printed version of any menu / list of ingredients please call us on 01259 230505.
HOW DO I ORDER?
Please order on our website by midday Monday for delivery / collection on Thursday or Friday of that same week. Select a date using the drop down menu.
Please note there is a minimum spend of £50.
WHEN & WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We delivery locally around Elie and the surrounding areas on Thursday's and Friday's free of charge. The option to collect will also be available from Kinross KY13 8GB on Thursday's and Friday's between 10am - 4pm.
I AM HAVING 20 PEOPLE FOR DINNER, CAN YOU HELP?
Of course! This is where we excel.
You can order as many portions as you like and please note that all portions serve 2 people.
CAN I BUY PORTIONS FOR 3 PEOPLE?
Our products are prepared and packaged for 2 people. We would suggest you buy 2 portions to feed 3 people.
CAN I BUY SIDE DISHES TO GO WITH MY MEAL?
All pasta sauces come with 250gm dried pasta and grated parmesan.
We do not currently offer side dishes for our other main dishes.
CAN I FREEZE MY DELIVERY?
No. However if you would like us to provide a batch of meals for you to freeze please just get in touch. Minimum spend of £200 applies.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT IN WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?
If you know you are not going to be home when ordering, please specify a safe place in the "please note your safe place for delivery" box on the checkout page so we can update our delivery driver,
With our boxes being a chilled product our courier cannot re-attempt delivery at a later date, and therefore even if you think you may be home, we advise you fill in this box just incase.
If we are not advised of a safe place, our driver will make a decision on where to leave your delivery.
We advise that you refrigerate your products as soon as possible.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on any fresh or chilled products.
Orders must be cancelled by 12pm midday Monday for a full refund. Any cancellations after this time for delivery that week are not liable for refund.
