1. National deliveries are sent out THURSDAY on a next day service arriving on FRIDAY. Please see list of excluded postcodes. 

2. Whilst we aim for Friday delivery of food boxes and any additional add on's, this can not be guaranteed. We work with a third party courier and cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. If delivery cannot be made on Friday, the courier, if able, will attempt to make a Saturday delivery. We will always take steps to minimise the delay where we can.


3. Collection is available from The Harbour Café on Fridays between 3.30pm - 4.30pm.

4. Orders need to be placed at least 72 hours before the delivery (or collection) date.

5. Delivery WITHIN our SELECTED POSTCODE range are subject to a delivery charge. Orders for collection from The Harbour Café are free of charge.

6. Ensure to follow any Food Safety & Health and Safety instructions provided.

7. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the listed allergens before placing your order. If you have any other questions please make us aware via enquiries@theharbourcafe.co.uk.

8. Please note that the boxes may contain traces of shell.

9. All orders must include a 'meal box'. Orders without may be cancelled or include an additional delivery charge.

10. Any orders requiring amendments including refund or partial refund are subject to a £10 admin fee.

11. Minimum order value must be greater that £30.

12. Order cancellations / amendments cannot be processed after 24 hours of placing an order.

13. Add-on orders cannot be made after 48 hours before your delivery date.
